Results – Register Brand

Results is a registered brand with all rights reserved of the company Ask and Receive – Intermediação de Crédito, Unipessoal, Lda., based and registered in Portugal with the fiscal number 515 767 476.

Mortgage Broker – Registration Number N.º 6025

Results acts as a credit broker intermediary with no exclusivity, registered in Banco de Portugal (Portuguese central bank) as a brokerage services provider, with the registration number 6025. It has civil responsibility insurance numbers 2518568 and 2520190, under a contractual arrangement with Innovarisk, Lda., Hiscox representative. As a credit intermediary Results is subject to Banco de Portugal supervision and is excluded of receiving or delivering any amounts related with celebration, execution or claim of the mortgage contracts, under the terms and for the purposes of article 46º of the Portuguese Decreto-Lei nº 81-C/2017.

Results is authorized to: (i) present or offer credit agreements to consumers; (ii), assist consumers by undertaking preparatory work in respect of credit agreements, submitted or not by itself and (iii) conclude credit agreements with consumers on behalf of the creditor.

Complaint Book

In case consumers wish to present a complaint regarding the mortgage brokerage service, they can do it personally, or by writing (letter or e-mail: geral@results.pt).

The consumers can also present a complaint regarding the mortgage brokerage service throughout the complaint book available in Ask and Receive – Intermediação de Crédito, Unipessoal, Lda, Início (livroreclamacoes.pt). Or choose to present it directly to Banco de Portugal filling the form available in Bank Customer Website, following the instructions made available. In alternative consumers may print and fill the complaint form e send by post to Banco de Portugal address, PO Box 2240, 1106-001 Lisbon.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

Without prejudice of the competent judicial authorities, consumers may submit contractual claims that arise from mortgage broker services, for values that are equal or under to lower court decisions, to the following alternative dispute resolution bodies that the company has adhered: Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo de Lisboa, with headquarters in Rua dos Douradores, nº 116, 2º piso, in Lisbon (Telephone contact – (+351) 218 807 030 – and in the website www.centroarbitragemlisboa.pt) and to Centro de Arbitragem Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa,  Rua Rua de Santa Marta, 43 – E, 1º C,1150-293 Lisboa  (Telephone -contact – (+351) 213 177 660 and in the website CAUAL - Centro de Arbitragem (autonoma.pt)). Consumers may also address directly to the respective headquarters, or in alternative, in the case of Centro de  Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo de Lisboa, fill the claim form available on the website.
